1. Care should be taken during disassembly and installation, especially to prevent the valve core of the control valve from tilting during disassembly and installation, so as to avoid collision and scratching the working surface of parts.
2. Special attention should be paid to protecting seals, such as oil seals, sealing rings and piston rings. When passing through corners, splines and threads, avoid scratching or scratching the working surface. If necessary, use the guide sleeve and other tools to disassemble and assemble the 0-shaped seal ring, and there should be no deformation after it is installed in place.
3. After disassembly, assembly and commissioning, the oil holes on the hydraulic components such as the steering oil pump, control valve and power cylinder to be installed and the disassembled hydraulic pipeline joints should be plugged with special plugs or wrapped with plastic film at any time. Never plug with cotton yarn to prevent sediment, dust and cotton yarn from entering the components and systems.
4. When assembling hydraulic components, the parts should be kept clean, and the rubber seals should be cleaned with hydraulic oil or alcohol, but not with gasoline or kerosene. The cleaned parts shall be dried with compressed air and shall not be wiped with cotton yarn. During assembly, the surface of parts should be coated with a little hydraulic oil. |
